Bringing efficiency to viewing properties
01/02/2008 – 3:19 pmI’ve found over the years that one of the best ways to being efficient when searching for property is to make offers sight unseen. There are a lot of reasons for doing this, which I won’t cover in this post. What I wanted to address is when you need to see property, that building in efficiencies so that you are not wasting your time in unproductive activities, such as sitting in traffic, can result in huge returns and lessen your frustrations.
Many times a little homework can save you hours of frustration or worse not be able to see the property in the right lighting or missing appointments with contractors or other professionals.
Sigalert and Google Maps allows you to see traffic and avoid time wasters. The more dollar productive you can be using your time, the higher return you will receive on your time spent in investing.

These are great tips. I spend countless frustrating hours in traffic. I read somewhere that we each spend over 100 hours a year stuck in traffic. These tips will help lower that.
