		<description>I think you are missing his point.  He&#039;s saying that Investor B would have passed on other deals because it wasn&#039;t as good as his first deal.

No doubt his first deal was great, but it ended there.  

It&#039;s not a math problem it is a perception problem.  Investor A wins because he could see other deals that Investor B could not.</description>

Assuming your basic math is right:
Investor A had an equity increase of $52681 per house.
Investor B had an equity increase of $77628 per house.
Who had the better investment?

Again - assuming both had the same amount of capital to invest - Investor B would also have had another $625,000 to invest somewhere else - and more than likely would have made better investment choices than Investor A there as well.</description>
